Service Description

Couple’s therapy starts with getting to the heart of what is interfering with the relationship. Before anything can improve, it has to be understood. That’s why the process begins with three structured sessions. The first meeting is with both partners, where we talk through what’s happening now and what you’ve already tried. Then each partner meets individually with the therapist to speak freely and ensure couples work is appropriate. After that, we come back together to review the key patterns in the relationship and lay out a clear plan for moving forward. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach, but years of experience show that certain patterns repeat across relationships and can be changed with the right tools and consistency. Real change takes time. The couples who see lasting results are the ones who stay engaged, practice what they learn, and treat therapy as an ongoing process, not a quick fix. Couples tend to fall into two groups. Some come in only when things are falling apart, then leave once the crisis settles, only to return later in the same place. Others commit to learning and applying new skills over time. Those are the couples who create real, lasting change. Therapy works, but it requires effort from both people.
