Please note that if you are a 'self-pay' individual, you agree to our terms and conditions of sale, which include waiving your insurance benefits and understand that we will not be billing any insurance companies for self-pay sessions.

Cancellation Policy

Please book your sessions carefully. Cancellation less than 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled session is completely non-refundable.
