This work focuses on helping you move through that disruption. Whether the loss comes from a breakup, divorce, or death, there is a real process of grief involved. We take it one step at a time, helping you stabilize emotionally, process what happened, and begin to rebuild a sense of direction. You do not have to do that alone. The goal is not just to get through it, but to come out of it steadier and more grounded than before.

Purchase of any self-pay session, whether for individuals or couples, constitutes your voluntary and irrevocable waiver of the use of any insurance benefits, regardless of whether we are in-network with your insurance provider. You agree not to file, attempt to file, or request reimbursement from your insurance company for any self-pay services now or in the future. All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. Once a session is booked, it is non-refundable. In the event of a severe emergency, you may request to reschedule your appointment; however, rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to provider availability. If rescheduling is granted, the new appointment must occur within 7 calendar days of the original scheduled session. If this condition is not met, the session fee is forfeited.
